National Competency Skill Standards
To promote the highest standard of patient care, ASET develops national competency skill standards. The following competency standards have been developed through the efforts of volunteers representing the neurodiagnostic profession in cooperation with other allied health organizations.
Competencies for some modalities recently added to the Scope of Practice for Neurodiagnostic Technologists are still in development and not yet available. Please monitor your ASET email for announcements about new releases of competency skill standards documents.
