Oxford Medilog 9000 II cassette recording device. Used bifurcated or single electrodes to make the montage as connecting the patient. Electrode harness was placed in a patient collar and worn around the neck. The window on the front showed time of day for the patient to keep a diary and the blue button was pressed for event marking on the recording cassette. Once removed, the cassette was reviewed by a physician or a technologist for interpretation and patient diary coordination.
