member of ASET with dues paid for the current year.

The John Archibald Scholarship covers the registration fees for the three days of Annual Conference courses, abstract presentations and other events held during the ASET Annual Conference, such as the Exhibit Hall Reception. A $500 check will also be awarded. The recipient of the scholarship must have additional resources for travel funds, lodging, and meals. Your signature below confirms that you would willingly accept the scholarship if awarded to you, and that you have the additional funding necessary to attend the meeting. You will also be asked to be present during the Awards luncheon of the annual conference, and to attend all three days of the conference.
