Limited Access Dates

You still will have access to several web resources, including best practices, currently enrolled courses, webinars, and journal quizzes.

As we move into 2022, I’d like to take a moment to re-emphasize how important you are to ASET as our number one priority and make you aware of some very important news regarding the value of your ASET membership. We are on the verge of launching a new website, a new learning management system (LMS) which is a state-of-the-art education platform, and a new membership database/interface with some very attractive new features for your personal account and profile.

As part of this transition, all members will have limited access to their ASET accounts starting Monday, January 10 until Wednesday, January 26, to migrate all data to the new systems.

During this time, some functions will be restricted, including those that require access to our database. However, many web resources will still be available, including best practices, currently enrolled courses, webinars, and journal quizzes. Your ASET account will be frozen so that any new transactions with your account, courses, or merchandise will not be accessible. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know all ASET staff are ready to address any of your concerns via email or phone.

During this period:

  • If you need a copy of your transcript, please download that before the January 10 restriction, as they will not be accessible until January 26.
  • Continue to submit your membership renewals via email or postal mail. While we’ll process these manually, the renewal will not show up on your record until January 26 at the earliest.
  • Continue to submit requests for new online courses and education. For those courses that have already been purchased prior to January 10, you will continue to have access to them.
  • If you would like to purchase any merchandise, books, or other publications, please contact us via email, and we’ll facilitate those transactions separately.
  • Your access to many resources such as best practices and currently enrolled courses, webinars, and journal quizzes will remain active.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to any of our staff during this time with questions. Our complete staff directory can be found here

Thank you for your patience as we complete this transition. With these new systems, you can expect a significantly improved way of accessing online education, CEUs, products, The Neurodiagnostic Journal, and more. And one more thing, in just a few more months, we will be unveiling a unique new way of networking and building communities with all 7,400+ ASET members eager to learn and share their knowledge.
