Persons interested in pursuing a career in neurodiagnostic are strongly encouraged to attend a school specializing in the field. Most of the schools are associated with two-year colleges, with a few located within hospitals or vocational schools. Schools accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs [CAAHEP], and then recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, offer financial aid programs and loans for students. Be sure to check with individual schools for the availability of various financial aid assistance.
