Dr. Lawrence Hirsch, FACNS, will present updates on standardized terminology, especially for periodic, rhythmic, quasi-periodic, quasi-rhythmic, and fluctuating patterns seen in encephalopathic patients. Familiarity with this standardized terminology is important and allows for better communications among staff members as well as comparison of results between centers.
