- Why do you want to serve as a trustee?
I have a passion for education and building a foundation for improving the education in the field of Neurodiagnostic technology. I want to contribute to the growth of the field in every way I can.
- What are the unique skills you possess that would benefit you in your tenure as a BOT member? How did you develop those skills?
I pride myself in thinking outside the box and finding unique solutions. I have refined methods of recruiting and motivating individuals through my years of teaching, and believe I can be a positive influence to any organization.
- What qualities do you feel are important for a BOT member to possess? What experiences have helped you to develop these qualities?
I think effective communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse ideas on goals that both short term and far reaching are important to advancing the society. I believe that my experience as an educator, developing curriculums, and managing the programs faculty and students has left me in a position to practice and improve these qualities.
