Best Practices
ASET promotes the highest standard of patient care by developing professional standards and best practices. Through the efforts of volunteers representing the neurodiagnostic profession, and in cooperation with other allied health organizations, the following standards and practices have been developed to guide neurodiagnostic professionals.
This video demonstrates best practices on how to protect the skin integrity for patients undergoing EEG procedures. The video, along with the accompanying Guidelines and an ASET Skin Safety online course, were developed by the ASET Skin Safety Task Force.
