ASET welcomes neurodiagnostic technologists, students, physicians, other healthcare providers, and personnel representing vendors that supply products and services to the profession. This is the premier event for all disciplines of neurodiagnostics, including electroencephalography (EEG), long-term and ICU monitoring, pediatric/neonatal EEG, evoked potentials (EP), intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), nerve conduction studies (NCS), polysomnography / sleep studies (PSG), transcranial doppler (TCD), magnetoencephalography (MEG), and autonomic function testing, as well as professional and leadership development for the neurodiagnostic technologist.

Registration Policies
- A confirmation letter and receipt will be emailed once the registration has been processed.
- The full meeting registration fee includes access to the meeting app containing the course handouts, attendance to the plenary session lectures, course breakout sessions, Exhibit Hall reception, and food functions Thursday through Saturday.
- Registration fees for one- or two-day attendance includes the same access as a full meeting registration for the day or days registered. Guest packages include admittance to the exhibit hall, Welcome Reception, and food functions, Thursday through Saturday. Guest packages do not include CEUs or access to presentations.
- Only those individuals who are registered and have an unaltered badge may attend ASET events.
Cancellation Policies
- All cancellations must be emailed to Carol Zimmerman [email protected].
- Emailed notice of cancellation received by ASET on or before July 10th, 2026, will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 10th, 2026.
