ASET Foundation™ Silent Auction

Preparations are underway for the Silent Auction to be held at the ASET 2026 Annual Conference. Items for the Silent Auction will be displayed at the Foundation booth in the Exhibit Hall. Bidding will open for all donated items at 10:15am on Thursday, July 23rd. Bidding will end on Friday, July 24th at 1:30pm. Winners will be announced via app notification at 2:30pm. View FAQs

The Foundation’s Silent Auction is its largest annual fundraising event, but we need your help and generosity to make this event successful. ASET Central

Now in its fourth year, ASET Central is a gathering place for attendees. You can shop the ASET bookstore, peruse the wide array of publications and education offerings, meet new ASET staff, discuss government advocacy efforts, and more. Come by and say hi!
Exhibit Hall

Thursday, July 23: 10 am – 6:30 pm | Friday, July 24: 10 am – 3:15 pm

The Exhibit Hall is open during select times throughout the day Thursday and Friday. We encourage you to visit it early and often. Breaks on Thursday and Friday will be inside the Exhibit Hall. The poster sessions will take place right inside of the Exhibit Hall. During the scheduled breaks, you can view your colleagues’ research, interesting case studies, and more. Use this opportunity to learn something new and ask the poster authors questions.

Make plans to attend the Welcome Reception Thursday evening as we celebrate the opportunity to come together once again for networking and education exclusively for the neurodiagnostic profession.
Awards Luncheon

12 – 1:15 pm

Join us for a seated plated lunch to recognize your peers for their outstanding contributions to the neurodiagnostic community. The awards ceremony will include presentations of the prestigious Maureen Berkeley Memorial Award, Theda Sannit Outstanding Educator Award and Trustees Award. Induction of the 2026 Class of Fellows will take place, and the recent graduating class of the ASET/ABRET Leadership Academy will be honored. Scholarship recipients will also be called on stage and presented with their scholarship checks. This luncheon is included in the full conference registration as well as the Thursday-only registration fee.
Exhibit Hall Welcome Reception

Join us for a fun-filled reception in the Exhibit Hall. The Welcome Reception offers attendees an opportunity to meet new friends, connect with old acquaintances, and explore the Exhibit Hall in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

Leading companies providing products and services to the neurodiagnostic profession will be on hand to answer your questions and show you what’s new in the industry! A cash bar will be available. The Welcome Reception is included with your registration fee.

Annual ASET Business Meeting

Friday, July 24
5:15 – 6:15 pm

The Annual Business Meeting is an important event for all current ASET members. This is your opportunity to hear about the state of affairs of ASET and bring up any new business before the Society. The annual reports of the ASET President, Secretary-Treasurer, and the ASET Foundation will be presented. Witness the installation of newly elected Trustees to the ASET Board. Any proposed amendments to the ASET bylaws will be voted on at this time.

All conferees are invited to attend, and the event is included in the full and Friday-only conference registration fees. However, only ASET members in good standing who are present will constitute the voting body.
