Registration Fee
The livestream registration rate is $365 for Members and $435 for non-Members. This grants access to featured sessions across all three days of our event.

- The opportunity to earn up to 12 ASET Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Livestream Participant Requirements
To ensure a high-quality educational experience and CEU eligibility, please review the following requirements:
- Live Attendance Required
All sessions must be viewed in real time according to the official schedule (all times listed in CDT). - No On-Demand Access
Please note that session recordings will not be provided after the live broadcast. - Evaluation Completion
Participants must complete session evaluations in order to receive CEU credit. - Single-User Access
Each registration is limited to a single user per email address. Sharing login credentials is not permitted and will result in the primary user being removed from the session.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be emailed to Carol Zimmerman at [email protected].
Emailed notice of cancellation received by ASET on or before July 10th, 2026, will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after July 10th, 2026.

Livestreaming Attendee System Requirements
Internet Access: High-speed (5 Mbps or faster) via Cable, DSL, or Network is recommended.
Settings: Disable pop-up blockers and enable JavaScript.
Display: Aim for a resolution of at least 1366 x 768.
Hardware: Have a Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB+ of RAM.
Mobile Devices: For iPad, iPhone, or Android, use Wi-Fi instead of cellular networks.
