RPMXPO Online Ordering Form

You will receive an email containing your personal User Name and Password and the link to the ordering website. Please complete this form if you have not received the user login link, need a password reset, or had the user login link sent to the wrong representative, please complete the online ordering form for access.

Non-Official Contractor Request Form

Complete this form ONLY if your company is using a Services Contractor other than the official decorator to unpack, erect, assemble, dismantle or pack your display.

Credit Card Authorization Form

Please complete the information requested and return payment in full with this form and your orders. You may choose to pay by credit card or check; however, we require your credit card authorization to be on file with RPMxpo. For your convenience, we will use this authorization to charge your credit card for any additional amounts incurred as a result of show orders placed by your representative for this event.

Booth Carpet Requirement

ASET requires all exhibit booths to be fully carpeted or have approved floor covering.

Carpet and flooring are not included in the booth fee and must be ordered by the exhibitor through ASET’s official general contractor, RPMXPO.

Ordering information, pricing, and deadlines will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit, available prior to the event. Booths without carpet will have it installed at the exhibitor’s expense. See page 17 in the exhibitor service kit for more details.
